Andrew J. Kubovsak, a Staff Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Engineering Technology from Temple University. Mr. Kubovsak has been involved in various aspects of the construction industry, from office and field duties ranging from bid package development to estimating to scheduling to Quality Control. He has also assisted in the performance of contract compliance audits involving the determination of reasonable and allowable costs incurred by various trade contractors to expedite closeout of their contracts. Mr. Kubovsak has also worked in a supervisory role for a national commercial developer managing contracted work at multiple subdivisions.
