Professionals
W. Barrett Dunigan, RA, LEED AP, a Senior Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University. Mr. Dunigan, a LEED Accredited Professional, has more than 15 years of architectural, development and construction experience. Work during his career has encompassed construction document development, Contract Development and negotiation, the development and implementation of CPM schedules, construction management with an emphasis on budgetary issues, lien resolution, and claim analysis and resolution within the commercial, residential and municipal arenas. Mr. Dunigan's experience also includes overseeing and managing the design and construction aspects as well as the pre-construction phases of both commercial and industrial construction projects. He has also acted as Project Manager on various projects, including schools, residential housing developments, multi-family high rise, pharmaceutical facilities and Federal Courthouses.
