Bruce E. Betz, a Senior Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Construction Management from Drexel University. Mr. Betz has 25 years of experience in construction, construction management and project management, project controls and construction claims analysis. Projects he has worked on include schools, commercial centers, water treatment facilities, marine vessels, transportation projects, and pharmaceutical plants. His role has varied from serving as a Senior Project Manager to providing project controls support, and includes both new construction and renovation work. He has developed as-built schedules, performed planned vs. actual comparisons, prepared time impact analyses, and performed technical issue analyses. Mr. Betz is proficient in the use of various scheduling software programs, and previously was an Adjunct Associate Professor providing instruction on the topics of CPM scheduling, value engineering and construction documentation fundamentals.
