Christopher M. Epps, LEED AP, a Managing Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Epps, a LEED Accredited Professional, brings a career that spans 10 years as a construction industry professional, with a wide array of successful projects as a project manager for several of the nation's top contractors. He has worked on a vast assortment of projects ranging from medical and hospital work, high end retail and office space, mixed use buildings, parking garages, transportation projects, technology facilities, laboratory/clean room projects, campus and development work, high rise residential, judicial facilities, banks, rail stations, and assorted industrial applications. Additionally, Mr. Epps has extensive experience in the use and application of critical path method (CPM) scheduling techniques. He has provided scheduling expertise that ranges from creating cost and manpower loaded project schedules; to creating and evaluating network logic and updating; to reviewing CPM Schedules; to delay claim preparation and analysis.
