Professionals
Gillian M. Nevin, a Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. Ms. Nevin possesses both project management and construction claims experience. She has been involved in contract analysis where she analyzed numerous local, national and international construction projects involved in disputes regarding delays, cost overruns, and contract requirements. Ms. Nevin has also provided litigation support to attorneys during depositions, mediations and federal trials. She has also worked with field personnel, (project managers, superintendents, etc.) to create and maintain project CPM schedules.
