Professionals
James F. Gallagher, P.E., a Principal of RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. A licensed Professional Engineer in DE, MN, NV, NJ, OH, OR, PA, and RI. Mr. Gallagher possesses over 21 years of hands-on experience in contract development, construction claims prevention and resolution and project close-out negotiations. Mr. Gallagher's experience encompasses contract preparation, project controls and procedures, field monitoring and inspection, construction scheduling and updating, change order analysis, project management, contract compliance audits, project close-out negotiations, and claims analysis involving delay, disruption, acceleration and damage calculations. Projects on which Mr. Gallagher has worked and the services provided range from coordinating the successful recovery of failed projects (including a $12M office/warehouse), to the evaluation of a $37M claim on an interstate roadway reconstruction, to the close-out of over $2B in Casino Resort projects. Mr. Gallagher has spoken on the subjects of project management and construction claims analysis and has also served as an expert witness on behalf of various clients.
