Martin A. Sylvester, a Staff Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University. He possesses numerous skills in project management, planning and scheduling, budgeting, inspection, estimating, bid formation and data analysis. Mr. Sylvester has been involved in project performance audits of large scale hotel/casinos to verify actual costs incurred during construction. He previously served as a production engineer with a custom aerospace and defense manufacturer where he was responsible for supervising the production workforce and oversaw the successful completion of over 200 unique components and assemblies. Mr. Sylvester possesses a familiarity with a broad range of professional and miltiary specifications and protocols.
