Nicholas Orso, a Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. Mr. Orso's professional career has been associated with the prevention, mitigation, and resolution of claims and disputes in construction, and the real-time management of construction projects (from pre-construction to implementation). He has worked with public and private owners, contractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, federal, state, and local governmental agencies. Mr. Orso specializes in CPM scheduling techniques and analysis, claim preparation and defense, and project budget and scheduling controls. His experience spans many industries including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, transportation, power, municipal, and miscellaneous work abroad.
